How does X-SOFT use the collected information?

The tracking information allows to better understand the kind of people who use the app and optimize its functionality and user experience to their needs. Crash reports provided by Fabric are used to improve the stability and performance of the application.

Occasionally, X-Soft will compile aggregate statistics about the number of users this app has and devices being used. No personally identifying data is included in this type of reporting.

All of the activity falls within the bounds of the Google Analytics Terms of Service and Fabric Terms of Service.

Targeted Advertising

NapiDroid uses Admob to display banner ads. In order to deliver, target and improve our advertising we use advertising ID. This helps us to show better ads that match your interests.

Disclosing data to other entities

We work with other analytics and ad serving companies and transfer the automatically collected data for processing and improving the application. These partners can use tracking technologies to collect or receive data about you and might claim controller rights over your personal data. Each time the application crashes (i.e. force closes) your device collects anonymous data, which helps resolving the problem. This data includes:

Additionally, Fabric provides Answers, a service similar to Google Anayltics. It counts the number of active users, how often they use the app and more.

Information Security

We apply technological and organizational means in order to secure the processing of the personal data adequate to the threats and category of data to be secured, in particular, through technical and organizational means we secure data against being disclosed to unauthorized persons, taken over by an unauthorized person, processed in violation of the law, and changed, lost, damaged or destroyed. Users’ personal data shall be collected and stored on a secured server, moreover, the data are secured by X-SOFT internal procedures related to the processing of personal data and information security policy.
